Ledgewell Automation ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted lead follow-up and appointment booking for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- From business customers: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, and the service details and calendar access you give us so we can set up your assistant.
- From people who contact our customers: names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages and appointment details that someone provides when they call, text, fill out a form or use the chat on a customer's website.
- Basic site data: technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected when you use our website.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries, answer questions and schedule appointments on behalf of our business customers.
- To set up, operate, improve and secure our services.
- To communicate with you about your account and respond to your requests.
Text messaging
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
When you contact a business that uses Ledgewell Automation, or give your number on a form, we may text you about your inquiry or appointment on that business's behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (for example, messaging, calendar, hosting and AI providers), with the business you contacted, when the law requires it, or in a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell personal information.
AI
Our assistants use artificial intelligence to read and write messages. Customers are told they are talking to a virtual assistant. Conversations may be processed by our AI providers only to provide the service.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of texts, by contacting us below. If you contacted one of our business customers, we may direct your request to that business.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
