These terms apply to your use of the Ledgewell Automation website and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The service
Ledgewell Automation provides AI-assisted lead follow-up, messaging and appointment booking for local service businesses. Details of what is included, and the fees, are set out in a separate agreement or quote with each business customer.
AI assistants
Our assistants use artificial intelligence and identify themselves as virtual assistants. AI can make mistakes. Business customers are responsible for the prices, services, hours and policies they give us, and for reviewing how the assistant works for their business.
Text messaging
Business customers must have permission to contact the people they message and must follow applicable laws, including carrier rules and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, send spam or deceptive messages, harass anyone, or collect information without permission. We may suspend service if these terms are broken.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are described in your agreement or quote. Unless that agreement says otherwise, you may cancel at any time by telling us in writing, and fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded.
Your content
You keep ownership of the information and materials you give us. You allow us to use them only to provide and improve the service for you.
No guarantees
We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise a specific number of leads, appointments or sales. The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ledgewell Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
